Return & Refund Policy

Custom packaging is our specialty at USA Box Maker and we truly believe that we can provide high-quality products. Before ordering please read this Return & Refund Policy. 

Return Window

Please check your order when received. Please reach out to our Support Team if you are receiving damaged, defective or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. This will be forwarded for your review and will help you understand the next steps. 

How to Return an Item

If you need the items returned, please call Customer Service regarding your order and send pictures of the defect or wrong product.

Please do not return any products without our approval. We will let you know how to return your request once it is reviewed, if it qualifies. 

Return Shipping Costs

Printing error or manufacturing defect or an order mistake by USA Box Maker, the return shipping cost will be covered if the return is approved.

If the return is not for our error, then the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. 

Restocking Fee

There is a restocking fee (depending on the product and condition) for some approved returns.

Many of our products are handcrafted and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing or printing defect. 

Refunds

Once the items have been returned and checked we will review your request. Should your refund be granted, we will use the same payment method as you used to pay for your product. 

Your refund may not be received at the same time as others due to different payment providers. 

Non Returnable Items

Custom packaging is printed and sized to meet your unique printing specifications, design and packaging material. This is the reason why most of the custom orders are not returnable.

We cannot accept returns of: 

  • Custom printed products
  • Items that are produced according to the customer’s requirements.
  • Products that become damaged after being delivered.
  • Products returned without prior permission
