USABoxMaker is our new Packaging Project, which my Manager Robert Wilkie and I personally handle from San Rafael, California. We have been in the packaging industry for a total of 20 years, and we operate three production houses: one in San Rafael, California, one in London, UK, and one in Dubai. USABoxMaker was created in the United States to serve customers with smaller quantities, ranging from 100 to 50,000 units. From order samples to complete production, everything is delivered with quality assurance, overseen by my production manager, who is responsible for ensuring the quality of every single piece in the order.
Regular Orders are delivered within 12–15 business days, while Rush Orders are completed in 8–10 business days. For smaller quantities requiring faster service, delivery can be made within 6 business days. We have six-color printing machines, and all our production houses receive paper shipments from the same source, ensuring consistent delivery times across locations.
Our sales department is committed to responding to customers within 1 to 3 hours by email or phone. If you face any issues, you can leave a voice message on our Toll-Free Number, which I personally review at the end of each day. I take full responsibility for addressing any complaints immediately.
From order booking to delivery, our sales department keeps customers updated. For payments, we never request card information directly. Instead, we use PayPal, where customers provide their Billing and Shipping Details.
