REFUND POLICY

Order Cancellation

Refunds depend on how far the order has progressed. If printing or material procurement has started, deductions may apply. Restocking fees or penalties may be charged where applicable.

Graphic Design Fees

Design services are provided free of cost, but if a client cancels after design work begins, no refund will apply for the time spent.

Printing Errors

If USABoxMaker makes a major mistake (wrong art, color, or placement), we will reprint the order at no cost. Refunds are not issued.

Unpaid Orders

Orders not paid within 10 business days of completion may incur additional financing charges.

Exact Quantity Orders

If an “exact quantity” was requested and not fulfilled due to a production error, a proportional refund may be issued after verification.

How to Request a Return or Reprint

In case of ordered damaged, defective, or incorrectly ordered products, contact us.

  • Please send us your order number and photos of the problem to sales@usaboxmaker.com.
  • After examining, we will decide whether the order is eligible for a reprint or a refund.
  • The reprints will be approved and sent as soon as possible.

It is important to note that custom orders are non-refundable except in case there is an evident production mistake.
